Who I am and other thoughts

EEPINCS
is an additive manufacturing bla bla bla corporate resume BS…. I’m a guy who likes to tinker and make things. I have been 3D printing since 2014. My full-time job is CAD work on much bigger things made out of steel.
My goal is to return innovation and inspiration to the individual creators.

SAFETY:
DO NOT USE 3D PRINTED PARTS WHERE DEATH OR INJURY COULD BE THE RESULT OF FAILURE!

Right to repair:
I support the concept of Right to repair. All physical parts I sell are the property of the customer. As I am just starting this endeavor there is nothing complex enough to “warranty” beyond original design specification and fit for purpose. If any future produce are developed which require more intensive maintenance I will make every effort to preserve user / owner maintainability and to ensure that reasonable owner modifications don't interfere with any warranty.
For example: I design a locomotive kit, including all the parts and the motor (not coming soon); if you decide the ditch lights are in the wrong place for your prototype and move them, then the motor fails, your ditch light mod probably didn't kill the motor, warranty is unaffected. But, you decide it doesn't go fast enough and attach it to your welder to give it more power, that might be different.

Intellectual property rights:
All items on listed this sight are original designs, and CC BY-NC-ND https://creativecommons.org unless stated otherwise in writing.
If we work together on a part or project it will be specified in writing whether your intention for that part is to be for personal use, to be resold or to be used in the production of something to be resold.
Unless you specifically request in writing that a part or product we work together on is exclusive, I reserve the right to list that part or directives of that part on this sight, as CC BY-NC-ND (where the BY includes both of us).
If you submit a design that is original to you, that part or product is your design (help with basic printability does not exclude this) and the licensing up to you. If I believe the item has a place on this page, I may offer to list it for a part of the profit if it sells.
If you are asking me to print something for you that you did not design yourself, please ensure that you have the legal and ethical right to do so. I will not intentionally print a stolen design or anything that is outside of the intent of the original creator. If a design is questioned I will always fall on the side of protecting the original creator.

Packaging:
I will only purchase paper or other renewable packaging material. I use my quota of plastic in the printing process. If you receive a package with plastic packing material, other than tape, it came to me as packaging for something else.

Limitations:
Keep in mind the limitations of 3D printing. Strength limit testing is the responsibility of the buyer.
If you have a part that will face certain loads or stresses, I can make recommendations, but testing is up to you. 3D printing is not a 100% consistent process. Testing 1 part to failure does not ensure all parts will withstand the same forces or conditions.
3D printed items may fail under load or stress, including but not limited to impact, sustained presser, temperature (hot or cold), exposure to chemicals, exposure to UV light (including sunlight or household lights) Items that fail under load or stress or exposure are not covered under any warranty, written or implied.

NEVER use 3d printed parts in any way where death is on the line.
